◆ The product is one component, decarboxylation, room temperature, high-speed vulcanization sealant with the characters such as thixotropy, easiness to squeeze, flowfullessness and convenient operation.
◆ Good ozone, radiation, weather-aging resistance. And good electrical behavior. Not easy to flame.
◆ High and lower temperature resistance. The sealant can keep good elasticity and strength at -40--200℃. It can be used continuously under 150℃ and be used discontinuously at 200℃
◆ Good water diluted acid, diluted alkali, motor oil, gear oil resistance, etc.
◆ Can be used extensively for most construction materials such as glass, aluminum, ceramic tile, and enamel, wood without oil.
◆The sealant changes into mid-modulus permanent elastomer, which can bear the displacement equal to 20 percent width of joint seam with good leakage, antiknock characteristics and shock resistance.
◆ Transparent fine and uniform cream without poisons.

【Applications】

◆ Can be used for installment of door and window of construction and automobile, etc. Also used for bonding glass.
◆ Can be used for second process of insulating glass.
◆ Can be used for bonding stuffing, protective layer and apparatus, which needs heat, freeze resistance, insulating, and waterproof and shock resistance.
◆ Can not use as structure sealant. Not suit for concrete, cement, brick, limestone, lead, zinc and galvanized steel.

【Operation instructions】

◆ Clean the stains on the joint surface such as water, grease, dust. You can use some solvent (like dimethyl benzene, butanone) to help clean surface. Then wipe the remains with neat rag to make it as clean and dry as possible.
◆ Cover near the joint surface with rubberized tape to ensure the operation fine and neat.
◆ Cut open tube mouth, set up sharp-mouth tube which is cut open at the angle of 45°according to measurements of stitch .
◆ After installing adhesive-pressing gun, press out the adhesive along the stitch at 45°to ensure contact tightly between adhesive and materials. It is required to repaint the surface more times, if the joint stitch is bigger than 15 mm. Trim the surface with cutting tools to remove the unwanted adhesive. Last, tear the rubberized rape. If there are still some stains, you can wipe them with wet rag.
◆ Sealant appearance vulcanizes after 10 minutes, at room temperature. It will take 24 hours or more to vulcanize completely according to thickness of adhesive painted, ambient temperature and humidity.

【Notes】

◆ The sealant is acid. Keep ventilating when using a large amount of adhesive.
◆ Avoid your skin touching sealant for long time. In case of eye contact, flush with water or see a doctor.
◆ Not to be taken orally, keep out of the reach of children.
◆ After using, you must seal the tube strictly, avoiding vulcanization when it contacts air.
◆ Transport and as non-dangerous product. Store in low temperature and keep dry. Suggest using during six months.
